Faults & Repairs
In situations where it is not possible to bring your computer or laptop in to our workshop for repair we will arrange an onsite visit at a time convenient to your business. In most cases an assessment of faults can be made within the first 30 minutes after which time we will agree on any further work undertaken.
This may carried out on your premises or we may agree to do the work in our workshops and return equipment to you when complete.
Installation
We install desktop computers and laptops directly to your premises at a time and date to suit you. We connect your new computers to your existing network and configure them to access your office resources such as your Internet connection, scanners and printers.
We can also perform data transfers from your old computers to your newly installed computers as well as installing PC upgrades and peripherals on site.

Networking
Most small businesses grow in an ad-hoc manner and requirements for additional computer resources grow with time. Adding more computers will often require access to shared resources. You may want to share your Internet connection, printers or other network resources like file servers.
Computers in most offices are frequently ‘networked together’ by means of copper wire commonly know as CAT5/6 UTP [Unshielded Twisted Pair] which is the grey cable you often see going from the back of a computer to a wall socket. Alternatively laptops are joined to a network via a ‘Wi-Fi’ or ‘Wireless’ connection provided by a wireless router.
We supply and fit network cabling and accessories, wireless access points as well as wireless Internet routers and switches to enable the sharing of your office peripherals and resources.
